Elite Air LLC was started in 2006 as an alternative to the status quo in the industry which relies on multi levels of management and large margins to sustain profits to compete. We handle all administrative duties as well as the execution of this work without a large office staff or a fleet of trucks simply because we work directly with our clients. Marty Joyce, the founder of Elite air LLC has spent over 25 yea   rs in the HVAC industry as installer, estimator, project manager and ultimately owner.  State licensed for over 12 years Marty has worked with building owners, engineers and architects on a vast array of projects large and small from design build to plans and specifications. Marty has been a featured writer for Properties Magazine providing insight to the specific needs of building owners and developers as it relates to their mechanical system operation.

Jeff Greenberg was brought up in the HVAC industry first working for his family’s firm in 1972. Once arriving in Ohio in 1996, Jeff worked for several mechanical firms where he successfully developed the relationships that he continues to service to this day.  Jeff’s experience working across the country has given him first- hand knowledge to the various applications as they apply to specific regions. His dedication to his trade is the driving force behind Elite Air LLC.
